Calland Mellor Consulting Ltd is a young and enthusiastic business specialising in providing expert witness services in housing disrepair matters.

Drawing from 30 years experience in both the public and private sectors we are able to provide a customer focused approach to provide a complete and professional service to all of our clients.

We provide an impartial expert witness service in respect of housing conditions claims brought under the Landlord & Tenant Act and in full compliance with the Pre Action Protocol for Housing Conditions Claims.

In addition we can also provide technical assistance, support and deliver bespoke training packages in relation to housing disrepair.

Away from work he has a young family and where time allows enjoys listening to music, playing the guitar and fell walking.
